Efficient installation process

Adopting the "ground segmented pre-assembly + hydraulic synchronous lifting" technology (32 lifting points), the single lifting weight is 1,600 tons, the accuracy error is ≤3mm, and the construction period is shortened by 45 days compared with the traditional lifting.

Environmental performance meets the standard

Fully enclosed structure integrates intelligent spray dust suppression system (coverage rate 100%), the measured PM10 emission reduction is 92%, the coal dust loss rate is reduced to 0.25%, and the annual environmental protection benefit exceeds 8 million yuan.

Advantages of space frame

The grid space saves building materials, improves the space utilization rate of the coal shed, and is green and environmentally friendly.

Intelligent operation and maintenance pre-embedded

The grid is implanted with a fiber optic sensor network (spacing 10m), real-time monitoring of stress/deformation, and synchronously reserves the bucket wheel positioning track and photovoltaic bracket interface (installed capacity 2.1MW).
