    Spherical node re-measurement and marking: Clearly mark the number, reference line (such as 0 degree busbar), and hole number of the connecting rod on the ball node. Review the angle of the key hole.
    Rust removal and cleaning: The rod end (welding area) and the corresponding hole area of the ball node need to be rust-free (reaching Sa2.5 or St3 level) and cleaned to remove impurities such as oil, water, and rust.

  • Protect the welding area and paint area (if there is primer) to prevent collision, pollution and rust.
    Prepare the hoisting plan (including hoisting point design, sling selection, crane selection and positioning, aerial attitude control, positioning measures, etc.).
    Remove the tire frame (if the hoisting unit needs to be moved).
