CSSC Shipyard Gantry Crane Steel Structure Building

Structural form Main body: double-beam box-type gantry crane (span ≥50m, lifting capacity 100~1000 tons). Legs: flexible legs (hinged)/rigid legs (fixed) combination design. Traveling mechanism: heavy rails (QU100 or above) + torsion-resistant box beam. Material standards Main beam/legs: Q355B/C/D grade high-strength steel (Z-direction performance requirements). High stress area: S355NL/460ML and other low-alloy high-strength steel. Bolts: 10.9 grade friction-type high-strength bolts (sandblasted contact surface).

Processing and Installation

Process and control points

Material cutting: CNC plasma cutting (groove one-time forming), cutting tolerance ±1mm.
Assembly: special frame to control deformation, main beam web seam misalignment ≤1.5mm.
Welding: Main weld: double wire submerged arc welding (SAW).
Vertical welding: flux cored wire gas shielded welding (FCAW).
Preheating: 100~150℃ (plate thickness ≥36mm).
Detection: - UT flaw detection: 100% detection of full penetration welds (GB/T 11345 B grade).
Geometry detection: laser tracker (full length deflection ≤L/1500).

Lifting plan

Main beam segmentation: length ≤ 24m (meeting the transportation restrictions within the factory)
Lifting point setting: special lifting lug (K = 4 times safety factor)
Temporary support: outrigger lateral stabilizing cable (pretension ≥ 50kN)

Special process

Bolt tightening: initial tightening (50% preload) → final tightening (100% preload + 30° rotation method)
Track welding: flash welding (weld flaw detection complies with TB/T 1632 standard)
Anti-corrosion repair: Sa2.5 sandblasting + inorganic zinc-rich primer (film thickness ≥ 120μm)
