Anchor bolt type: light-duty factory building, anchor bolt diameter ≥36mm, double nuts to prevent loosening.

Special working conditions countermeasures

Large equipment interference: BIM preview installation path (reserve ≥500mm safety distance), equipped with laser anti-collision radar.
Dynamic load influence: TMD damper (mass block = 0.5% structural mass) is set on the crane beam to reduce vibration by 40%.
Welding deformation: CO₂ gas shielded welding (heat input ≤25kJ/cm), symmetrical welding + jump welding process.
Delayed fracture of high-strength bolts: Bolt pre-tension loss ≤10%, torque re-inspection within 48h after final tightening (attenuation rate >5% requires re-tightening).

Quality acceptance standard (GB 50205)

High-strength bolt connection: torque deviation ≤±10%, intelligent torque wrench.
Weld appearance: undercut ≤0.5mm, pores ≤φ2mm, weld inspection ruler.
Structural verticality: ≤H/1000 and ≤25mm, total station.
Fireproof coating: intumescent coating thickness ≥2.0mm (fireproof 2h), magnetic thickness gauge.

Efficient construction
