Project Overview
The gas station space frame grid project is a light, large-span closed structure for fuel storage areas, refueling islands and car wash sheds, mainly to solve the needs of safe storage of oil products, all-weather operation of vehicles and environmental compliance. The main body adopts a bolt ball node grid (span 20-40 meters), covering an area of 800-3000㎡, with rainproof, explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant functions, suitable for urban gas stations, highway service areas and other scenes.
Core design points

  1. Lightweight structure and safety redundancy
    Grid selection: upright tetrahedral grid (grid size 3m×3m), rods are Φ60×3.5mm~Φ159×8mm high-frequency welded pipes, and the steel consumption is only 35-50kg/m²;
    Load design: dead load (0.3kN/m²) + live load (0.5kN/m²) + wind load (0.6kN/m², strengthened in coastal areas);
    Explosion-proof redundancy: 50% bearing capacity margin is reserved for key nodes to resist accidental impact of oil and gas.
  2. Fire and corrosion protection integration
    Fire protection: rods are painted with intumescent fire retardant paint (fire resistance limit ≥1.5 hours), and the roof uses Class A fireproof metal plates;
    Anti-corrosion: hot-dip galvanizing (thickness ≥85μm) or epoxy zinc-rich paint, resistant to C4 corrosion environment (industrial/marine);
    Anti-static: the grounding resistance of the rods of the full space frame grid material is ≤4Ω, eliminating the risk of static ignition.
  3. Functional modular integration
    Refueling area: grid-mounted LED lighting + oil and gas concentration detector
    Oil storage tank area: grid-mounted ventilation skylight + leakage alarm system
    Car wash shed: roof drainage trough + high-pressure water gun track embedded parts
