  • Main material of front panel/cover

    ultra-white embossed tempered glass

  • Packaging material

    1.Main material: ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) film 2.Monocrystalline silicon: Highest conversion efficiency (usually 22-24%+), dark blue or black color, uniform appearance. Relatively high cost.

  • Polycrystalline silicon

    Slightly lower conversion efficiency (usually 17-20%), blue color with crystal flowers. Relatively low cost (but the gap is narrowing).

  • Thin film

    Such as cadmium telluride, copper indium gallium selenide, amorphous silicon. The efficiency is usually lower than that of crystalline silicon, but it has good weak light performance, light weight and flexibility. Mainly used in specific scenarios (BIPV, flexible applications, etc.). Crystalline silicon currently occupies the absolute mainstream market.

TPT/TPE:

The outer layer is a fluorinated polymer with good weather resistance (such as Tedlar PVF), and the middle is a polyester film, which provides insulation and barrier properties.

Glass:

Used for bifacial power generation components, the back can also receive reflected light to generate electricity. Transparent backplane: Used for bifacial components that need to be transparent.
